Jewellery Box
These hand made jewellery boxes are perfect for your treadless attachments as well as standard jewellery as well. Boxes are 9cm X 9cm with a depth of 5cm with the internal dimentions being 7.5cm X 7.5cm and a depth of 3cm. All boxes come with two separate 7.5cm 7.5cm foam insert double stacked for treadless jewellery or removable for larger items such as ring or brooches. Each box if painted is decorated by hand with the upmost care and this make each one unique as well.

We aim for complete and total satisfaction with our services and products. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, please contact us and note the following guidelines.
We are unable to exchange or return body jewellery, due to hygiene reasons and this does not affect your statutory rights. If your jewellery is faulty, you must contact us within 1 working day of receiving it. In most cases, an exchange or repair will be offered and this will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the date of despatch, and exchanged within 30 days from the date of despatch. If you choose to exchange your item outside of the 14-day refund policy, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of Jewellery or cleaning products if the tamper proof packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, personalised goods made to a customer's specifications may not be returned. When your item is a special ordered large item, we do not keep stock of this item and we will raise an order through a supplier direct to you. In such cases you may not be able to return your goods if they are unwanted.

Please Note: When processing your return, we may need to speak with you before we are able to complete the process. If we are unable to make contact with you within 14 days of receiving your item(s), we will return it to the delivery address linked to the order.

Cost related to returning items are the buyers responsibility.

While all care is taken to create the highest quality products for you, but as with all hand made items they will differ slightly from the images shown due to the process used to make these products.
