Measure Mc-Doodad is the answer to all your jewellery measuring issues. By usung it to measure your existing jewellery or the (optional extra) sizing rings you can accurately determin the size of the jewellery you have or when buying a new piece to make sure you get the right fit. For example you could use the sizing rings to find a snug fit for things such as a septum piercing before investing in a more expensive piece to be sure you get the right size. Alternitavly you can use it to mesure the length of a post thats to long so you know the downsize you need. The colour options available are the base colour and the colour of the text may varie from those shown in the images. Due to the nature of 3D printing products colouring and finish may vary to those shown in the images. We aim for complete and total satisfaction with our services and products. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, please contact us and note the following guidelines.
We are unable to exchange or return body jewellery, due to hygiene reasons and this does not affect your statutory rights. If your jewellery is faulty, you must contact us within 1 working day of receiving it. In most cases, an exchange or repair will be offered and this will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the date of despatch, and exchanged within 30 days from the date of despatch. If you choose to exchange your item outside of the 14-day refund policy, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of Jewellery or cleaning products if the tamper proof packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, personalised goods made to a customer's specifications may not be returned. When your item is a special ordered large item, we do not keep stock of this item and we will raise an order through a supplier direct to you. In such cases you may not be able to return your goods if they are unwanted.

Please Note: When processing your return, we may need to speak with you before we are able to complete the process. If we are unable to make contact with you within 14 days of receiving your item(s), we will return it to the delivery address linked to the order.
